We believe and teach the fundamental importance of TEAM, both in softball and life. We believe that the values of competition, commitment, hard work, honesty, integrity, trust, respect, pride, attitude, responsibility, discipline and sacrifice can not be understated with respect to success. We make no apologies for striving to win at everything that we do. Knowledge is power and we instill the importance of education for school and for the game. Our goal is to develop the most highly competitive softball players and teams that reflect these principles.

What it means to be a PHOENIX:

P – Passion for the sport of softball, physical activity and enjoying the privilege of playing the game at a high level.

H – Hard work, teaching young ladies the value of hard work. Nothing comes easy in life and those who work the hardest will succeed on and off the field.

O – Ownership and Accountability, teaching young ladies to be accountable to themselves and to their          teammates. To not only take pride in their successes, but to take ownership and be accountable for mistakes. We are all human, we make mistakes. Own it and grow from it.

E – Enthusiasm, Always play at a high level and try your hardest. Your softball career will seem like a long time, especially if you play college ball. In reality, it will be a small part of your overall lifetime. Enjoy it and make most of it!

N – Next Level, our goal is to get young ladies to play at the next level if they so choose, whether that be high school or college. We will provide our young ladies with ever possible tool to make it happen. The result will be based on their efforts, not based on resources or circumstances.

I – Inclusiveness., to ensure our young ladies value and respect their teammates, competition, and society without regard for race, religion, sexual identity or political affiliations.

X – Xcellence,, to teach young ladies to always give 110% and to be the best you can, regardless of outcome, always give it your all!
