Youngstown Phoenix Fast Pitch/Dark Side Softball
Dear Sponsor,
Thank you for taking the time to consider sponsoring our 13U/15U/18U softball teams. We are a fastpitch travel ball team looking to share the love of softball with girls from Youngstown and Parma and the surrounding areas.
Funds received from our sponsors help provide uniforms, equipment and practice facilities, offset the cost of tournaments, and augment the funds provided by the parents and fundraising efforts. Sponsorship monies are a vital component to our team, ensuring every opportunity is given to our girls. Your support is greatly appreciated by the girls, coaches and volunteers who wish to make this organization successful by providing a healthy and constructive activity for our youth.
Four options are available for sponsorship: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum: The Silver sponsorship of $250 includes your business name on the team’s banner which is displayed at all tournaments we participate in. The Gold sponsorship of $500 includes your business name AND telephone number on the team’s banner, a full listing on the team’s social media pages/website (contact info and your business website links will also be included). The Platinum sponsorship of $1,500 and higher includes all benefits of the Gold sponsorship but also includes your Company logo on our jerseys and an appreciation plaque at the end of the season.
As we understand monetary donations and sponsorships may not be in budgets, any in kind donations are also greatly appreciated (snacks, food, water, gift cards)
The teams play in very large tournaments around Columbus/Cleveland/Youngstown and Pittsburgh areas, so there is a lot of exposure for our sponsors. Some of the largest tournaments have hundreds of teams and thousands of spectators!
